Yes. ApplyArc is built on Microsoft Azure with production-ready security. All data is encrypted, we use Microsoft Entra ID for authentication (we never see your password), and we never sell your data. Our infrastructure is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliant.
No. We never sell your data to third parties. Your job applications, notes, cover letters, and personal information are used only to provide ApplyArc's services. We don't share your data with recruiters, employers, or advertisers.
All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest (when stored) and TLS 1.3 in transit (when transmitted). This is the same encryption standard used by banks and healthcare providers.
Yes. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently deletes all your data including saved jobs, notes, AI-generated content, and account information. This is irreversible.
No. The ApplyArc Chrome extension only reads page data when you actively click to save a job. It doesn't run in the background, doesn't track your browsing history, and doesn't collect data from non-job pages.
Your data is stored in Microsoft Azure data centers with primary storage in Western Europe (for GDPR compliance) and replicated to additional regions for disaster recovery. Azure's infrastructure meets SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR requirements.
Only you. ApplyArc staff cannot see your job applications, cover letters, or notes. The only exception is if you explicitly share data with our support team to troubleshoot an issue (and we only access what you share).
Yes. We comply with GDPR including: right to access your data, right to deletion (right to be forgotten), data portability, and transparent privacy practices. Our privacy policy details how we handle EU user data.
