Helping Job Seekers Land Faster

ApplyArc was built by a developer who applied to hundreds of jobs and got tired of spreadsheets. We know the grind: applications vanishing into a void, missed follow-ups, prep panic the night before an interview. So we built an AI-powered toolkit that tells you exactly what to do each day.

What We Do

ApplyArc is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for job seekers. We provide an AI-powered job application tracker with an integrated AI Career Coach, 17 AI career tools (cover letters, resume optimiser, interview prep, salary negotiation), and a Chrome browser extension. Revenue model: freemium — a free tier with core tracking features, and a Pro subscription at £19/month for unlimited AI and advanced features. Payments processed via Stripe. Built on Microsoft Azure. Serves users globally.

Our Values

Job Seeker First

Every feature we build starts with one question: will this help someone land their dream job faster?

AI That Saves Time

We use AI to eliminate busywork, writing cover letters, tracking applications, preparing for interviews, so you can focus on what matters.

Privacy & Security

Your job search data is sensitive. We use bank-level encryption on Azure with Microsoft Entra ID. We never sell your data.

Accessible to All

Our free tier includes tracking up to 50 jobs with 5 AI generations per month. Premium AI tools are priced fairly so everyone can afford an edge in their job search.

Our Mission

Career coaches charge £150-300 per session. Most job seekers can't afford that. We built an AI Career Coach that gives daily briefings, runs mock interviews, and coaches salary negotiations for £19/month. The free plan gets you started with 10 AI generations a month. That's the mission: put a career coach in every job seeker's pocket.

The Team Behind ApplyArc

ApplyArc Team

UK-Based Career Tech Startup

Full-stack developers with experience building web applications across fintech and e-commerce. Started ApplyArc in July 2025 after experiencing the broken job search process firsthand: scattered spreadsheets, missed follow-ups, and overpriced tools that didn't actually help. Based in the UK.

The AI Career Coach

Most job trackers give you columns. We give you a coach that sees your entire pipeline and tells you what to do today.

Daily Briefings

Every morning, the Coach reviews your Kanban board. It flags overdue follow-ups, upcoming interviews, stale applications, and actions that could move things forward. You start each day knowing exactly what to do.

Mock Interviews

The Coach runs mock interviews tailored to each role on your board. It asks the questions a hiring manager would ask for that company, then gives feedback on structure, content, and confidence.

Rejection Analysis

Getting rejected hurts. The Coach analyses patterns across your rejections to spot problems: are you applying too broadly? Missing keywords? Under-qualified for the roles you're targeting? It tells you what to fix.

Salary Coaching

When you get an offer, the Coach pulls market data for your role, location, and experience. Then it writes the negotiation email. No more guessing if you're asking for too much or leaving money on the table.

Not Just Tracking. Action.

Other tools are spreadsheets with prettier columns. ApplyArc is an action system. Here's the difference:

❌ Typical Tracker

  • You move cards between columns
  • You decide when to follow up
  • You guess which jobs are worth pursuing
  • You wing interview prep
  • You negotiate salary alone

✅ ApplyArc

  • The Coach tells you which card needs action
  • The Coach flags overdue follow-ups daily
  • Job Match scoring ranks your best fits
  • Mock interviews prep you for the actual role
  • The Coach writes your negotiation email

Trust & Security

Your job search data is sensitive. Here's how we keep it safe.

Our Story

ApplyArc started in a flat in London. Our founder had applied to over 500 jobs in three months. A Google Sheet with 47 columns, colour-coded tabs, and a mounting sense of dread every time a new application disappeared into the void.

After trying Huntr ($40/month for features he didn't need) and Teal ($29/month with only 3 free jobs), he started building. The prototype was ugly. It barely worked. But it tracked jobs on a Kanban board and didn't cost a fortune.

Then he added AI. Cover letters that pulled from the job description. Interview prep questions tailored to the actual role. Follow-up emails that sounded human. Suddenly it wasn't just a tracker. It was an assistant.

The AI Career Coach came next. The idea was simple: what if the tool could look at your entire pipeline and tell you what to do each morning? Flag the follow-ups you're about to miss. Spot patterns in your rejections. Prep you for interviews specific to each role. That's what the Coach does now.

We're a UK-based startup (Company No. 16619519). Bootstrapped. No venture capital telling us to add enterprise features nobody asked for. Just one focus: help you land your next job faster. Everything we build starts with that question.
